Step 1. By setting up a direct three-way VoIP conference call between you, us, and the volunteer. We introduce you to the volunteer and go through a handover process.
Step 2. While doing the introductions, you can view the patient’s notes and online pre-screen via our database. Once logged in, you can also add notes, create to-do’s and tasks as required – all from within your own office.
For an even more seamless process, we can log directly into your scheduling system to take care of the appointment booking on your behalf as required.
Our bespoke dashboards summarise all our activities which you can view in real-time. You can even download our app that gives your team a single integrated platform. No more having to wait for data sync and logging in, integration issues or a requirement of being trained on multiple systems.
