- when you complete an online submission form to establish your suitability for a clinical trial(s).

- we may also receive additional personal information directly by telephoning you if required.

- evaluate your note of interest by our qualified nurses.
- if satisfactory this is then passed to one of our doctors to confirm and authorise your note of interest.
- once authorised your data is shared with the clinical organisation running the clinical trial you have noted your interest in.

- Your information is encrypted and securely stored in the cloud on servers in Manchester, UK.
- We keep personal information for 3 years. We will then ask you if you wish your information to be removed securely.
